Release of Liability form as required by our insurance

The undersigned for himself/herself and personal representatives assigns heirs and next of kin (herein referred to as releasors) herby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue “Old Sierra Historical Ranch” – its agents, servants and employees (herein referred to as releasees) from all liability to the releasors for all loss or damage and any claim or demands on account of injury to the person or property or resulting death of the releasors, whether caused by the associated with the “Old Sierra Historical Ranch” camp.  The undersigned is fully aware of the inherent hazards and hereby elects to participate voluntarily and assume all risks of loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by him/her or any other participants that he/she represents.

This waiver must be signed and received back no later than the first day of camp.  If this waiver is not received back by that time, that person will not be able to participate in the camp.

The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this waiver of all liability and assumption of risk agreement.
